Kathy Goss headshotKathy Goss, MA Applied Economics, is the Vice President of the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning Team at Compassion International, an international development organization serving children and youth living in poverty. Compassion focuses on holistic child development across multiple sectors, which includes health programs to ensure food security and combat malnutrition.  In her role at Compassion over the past 6 years, Kathy has led her team in conducting data collection, data analysis, and evaluations in the 29 countries in which Compassion operates. She is helping the organization transform into using data for decision making and evidence-based and locally designed programs. Prior to Compassion, Kathy worked and volunteered for an organization serving orphaned and vulnerable children whose families were affected by HIV/AIDs, directing program design, monitoring, and evaluation. She is passionate about fighting poverty, hunger, and promoting sustainable economic development.
