Insurgents’ attacks lead to food shortage in northern Mozambique: report

Sporadic attacks by insurgents in the northern province Cabo Delgado in Mozambique combined with the El Nino phenomenon have caused food shortages, according to a report released Monday here by the Famine Early Warning Systems Network.
