World Food Programme Makes Agreement with Ethiopia to Access Tigray

Amidst fears of an humanitarian catastrophe, the World Food Programme (WFP) announced it has reached an agreement with the Government of Ethiopia to access the conflicted region of Tigray with food assistance.
