To Combat Food Waste, These Brooklyn Businesses Teamed Up to Brew Bagel Beer

Two Brooklyn businesses have teamed up to create beer from leftover bagels.  Black Seed Bagels and Folksbier Brauerei hope to eliminate some food waste while providing delicious local products.
