Kerala State successful in fight against Corona Virus

Kerala State of India has shown one recipe for successful Covid19 mitigation: test, trace, isolate and support. It’s slightly smaller in population than California, but per the GoI MoHFW website (5/27/20) has currently had only 963 cases and 6 deaths (the article cites 524 cases and 4 deaths as of mid-May).
