Burkina Faso Faces Acute Food Security Crisis During Pandemic

In a recent analysis of the food security situation by the United Nations, it was reported on 21 August that 3.3 million people will experience acute food insecurity in Burkina Faso this current “lean season”, a 50% rise since March of this year.
